any luck with Pinnacle Law Firm with loan modification

Has anyone worked with Pinnacle Law Firm for a loan modification they called in response to my internet search. I spoke with Rodney Hailia. Is this a scam, because I was just taken for 3500 from Haffar Law Firm in San Diego.
